Irene Kiwia is an accomplished entrepreneur whose career spans over 17 years in Media, Marketing Communications, Technology and Development programs focused on women and youth empowerment.
Her current roles include:
– Co-Founder and CGO | Adanian Labs – A Pan African tech venture studio scaling technology businesses.
– Founder | Twaa – A global networking platform for women to connect, share content and build thriving digital communities.
– Founder | eCOBbA – An AI driven FinTech platform for savings and investment groups.
– Founder | The Africa Blockchain Center (The ABC) A Pan African Web. 3.0 company focused on building blockchain capacity and solutions.
Irene has led successful transformational programs for women and youth starting from her home country Tanzania to now across Africa where she focuses on programs that position the youth of Africa as active participants in the 4IR (4th Industrial Revolution). Through Adanian Labs, (www.adanianlabs.io) Irene is fulfilling her mission to build tech capacity in Africa; as well as support African tech entrepreneurs build and scale business across the continent.
She continues to spearhead innovative impact tech platforms that integrates access to finance, communities, trade and capacity building aimed at empowering women in Africa with tools to create wealth.
Irene who is a mom of 3, holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Dar es Salaam, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the same university.
