Transitioning from health to tech with a strong foundation in cybersecurity concepts, processes, tools, techniques, and hands-on experience in security operations; and a passion for risk management, information and network security. About a year of experience in detecting threats and providing threat analysis. Skilled in data encryption, identifying and analysing potential threats, as well as implementing measures to protect networks and systems. Diligent and highly committed problem-solver; a critical thinker who is willing to learn and has the ability to grasp new threats, concepts and technologies.

• Knowledge of Operating Systems and Virtual Machines.
• Linux: common network commands; creating, viewing and editing files (vi, nano, cat, echo); installing software; starting and stopping services.
• Familiar with Networking: TCP/IP OSI model, IP addressing, routing and subnetting.
• Scripting: Bash Scripting.
• Knowledge of Cryptography and Steganography.
• Understanding of the terms: Threat Knowledge, Technical Assistance and Vulnerability Scanning.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
