Phelisa is a 2023 Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative Fellow who who believes in the power of education and entrepreneurship to change the world. Phelisa became Jamaica’s youngest school Principal at 23 years old where she started the region’s leading international STEM Academy- Western STEM Academy International School. Western STEM Academy has positively impacted tge lives of over 10,000 local, regional and international students ages 3 to 18 year old as well as adults who wanted to upskill themselves and be prepared for 21st cebtury careers.
Phelisa aims to develop the next generation with a strong STEM background. In addition to being the CEO and Principal of Western STEM Academy, Phelisa started the Purpose Finder Club with a mission to help young professionals to achieve success through starting and scaling their own businesses to create lasting impact and income. Phelisa believes in financial independence for young people so she helps persons to leverage Social media to create a phenomenal brand experience that can be monitised.
Phelisa is a Business Start Up and Growth Coach evo also owns a Marketing and Advertising Agency – Prolinkage Marketing and Advertising Agency. Phelisa is all about helping persons to pursue their purpose so that they can profit from it and create a lasting legacy and impact. She helps persons to create multiple streams of income from their businesses using social media and LinkedIn.
